Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in English
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to assemble, disassemble, and operate kitchen equipment
- understanding and implementation of OSEH and HACCP standards
- ability to maintain a static position for extended periods
- physical ability to move items up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- maintain a clean kitchen by removing trash
- sweep and mop floors
- clean kitchen equipment including filtering fryers
- clean hood vents and drains
- wash dishes, pots, and pans
- assist other kitchen cleaners and staff in general cleaning tasks
- follow HACCP standards and health codes to ensure hygiene and safety
