Job Duties

Manages food production for client and staff
Assures that food quality standards and pre-determined costs are attained on all meal preparation
Prepare meals according to established guidelines and under the supervision of the Executive Chef
Maintain the cleanliness and protocol of a commercial kitchen
Sets-up plating line for serving
Performs other special duties as requested by the Executive Chef
