Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a kitchen chef in a nightclub or high-volume restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to manage and lead a kitchen team
  • Experience in menu planning and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

  • Proven experience as a kitchen chef in a nightclub or high-volume restaurant setting
  • Strong background in food service management including kitchen management and team supervision
  • Experience with menu planning food handling and inventory management
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the culinary industry
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production
  • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences
  • Manage inventory control including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Supervise kitchen staff providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to food safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean organized kitchen environment
  • Monitor food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership
