Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a kitchen chef in a nightclub or high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage and lead a kitchen team
- Experience in menu planning and inventory control
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a kitchen chef in a nightclub or high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong background in food service management including kitchen management and team supervision
- Experience with menu planning food handling and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the culinary industry
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences
- Manage inventory control including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Supervise kitchen staff providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership
