Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role
- certification in food safety and hygiene
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent physical stamina
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- effective team management and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience as an executive chef or in a similar role
- strong leadership and communication skills
- creativity and passion for culinary arts
- knowledge of hygiene standards and kitchen safety regulations
- ability to design innovative menus and recipes
- proficiency in inventory management and cost control

Job Duties
- Ensuring promptness, freshness and quality of dishes
- coordinating cooks' tasks
- implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness
- designing new recipes, planning menus and selecting plate presentation
- reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational and financial objectives
- hiring and training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers and dishwashers
- performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders
- setting and monitoring performance standards for staff
- obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints
