- Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- 3-6 months of relevant experience
- Ability to help train new employees and managers using up-to-date policies and techniques
- Knowledge of safe and sanitary handling of knife safety and other equipment used
- Ability to promote the WELL philosophy
- Willingness to attend all meetings and seminars as directed by manager
- Demonstrated leadership skills including job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication and enthusiasm
Job Duties
- Execute timely and courteous service to guests following strict adherence to Wolfgang Puck policies and procedures
- Follow the exact Expo/Runner Sequence of Service procedures as outlined by Wolfgang Puck policy at all times
- Assure and maintain highest standard of service, sanitation and hospitality
- Work in clean, sanitary manner keeping service stations clean during shift and thoroughly cleaned and organized for the next shift
- Perform in-house janitorial cleaning at close of business or prior to opening as directed by manager if applicable
- Work closely with store management and other employees to provide a hospitable experience
- Be properly dressed in uniform and maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout shift
