Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • Ability to operate kitchen machines and equipment including POS software
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
  • Ability to move efficiently in bar and kitchen environments

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software and kitchen tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
  • Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food products according to recipe cards
  • Use kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized food preparation area
  • Assist guests as needed with hospitality and service
  • Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality
  • Support bartender operations without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Answer questions about hotel, area, and events
