Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years old or older
  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations including with bar guests
  • ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • ability to clean and maintain responsible areas
  • ability to move around bar and kitchen areas efficiently

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
  • maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
  • deliver food and assist guests as needed
  • present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to customers and co-workers
  • support bartender but do not make or pour alcoholic beverages
  • answer questions about the hotel, local area, and events
  • communicate effectively with customers and team members
