Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
- ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations including with bar guests
- ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- ability to clean and maintain responsible areas
- ability to move around bar and kitchen areas efficiently

Job Duties
- prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
- maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
- deliver food and assist guests as needed
- present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to customers and co-workers
- support bartender but do not make or pour alcoholic beverages
- answer questions about the hotel, local area, and events
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
