Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- one experience bartending required
- two or more years of bartender experience preferred
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- completion of two years of college preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
- ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines in normal day-to-day activities
- ability to operate machines and equipment used including cash register, POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to open and close bar, obtain all supplies necessary for mixing cocktails, and clean and maintain areas for which responsible
- ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make appropriate change
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older

Job Duties
- Open and close the kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of food prep and bar areas
- serve and assist guests with professionalism and hospitality
- answer questions about the hotel, local area, and events
- mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- perform duties of bartender, prep cook, cocktail server, and other positions as needed
- handle money, make change, and operate cash register and POS software
