Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year experience bartending required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of two years of college preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications
- Ability to take written and verbal instruction in English
- Ability to mix and serve a variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle money and make change accurately
- Ability to operate office and kitchen equipment including cash register and POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
- Ability to open and close bar and maintain cleanliness
- Ability to distinguish different currency denominations and make change appropriately
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year experience bartending required, two or more years preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required, completion of two years of college preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to professionally handle difficult situations
- Ability to operate cash registers, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to open and close bar, manage supplies, and maintain cleanliness of areas
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
- Maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean and well-organized manner
- Serve and assist guests with high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality
- Present detailed knowledge of the hotel, local area, and events to respond to guest inquiries
- Mix and serve a variety of drinks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate office and kitchen equipment
