Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year experience bartending required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of two years of college preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications
  • Ability to take written and verbal instruction in English
  • Ability to mix and serve a variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle money and make change accurately
  • Ability to operate office and kitchen equipment including cash register and POS systems
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain cleanliness
  • Ability to distinguish different currency denominations and make change appropriately

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year experience bartending required, two or more years preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, completion of two years of college preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to professionally handle difficult situations
  • Ability to operate cash registers, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to open and close bar, manage supplies, and maintain cleanliness of areas

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
  • Maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean and well-organized manner
  • Serve and assist guests with high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality
  • Present detailed knowledge of the hotel, local area, and events to respond to guest inquiries
  • Mix and serve a variety of drinks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and operate office and kitchen equipment
