Job Duties

  • Utilize standardized recipes and production guidelines to bake a variety of goods
  • ensure your workstation is equipped with all necessary ingredients and tools for baking
  • put together the components by quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and carrying out other necessary preparations
  • engage with baking devices such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
  • practice safe handling of utensils, like knives, while cooking and preparing meals
  • follow food safety procedures to properly store perishable items
  • follow proper hygiene protocols by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
