Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in baking or food preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and baking procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with uniform standards

Job Qualifications

  • History of working in baking or related roles preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of baking techniques, guidelines, and sanitation regulations
  • Certification or prerequisite for obtaining food safety certification
  • Mastery of basic mathematical skills and numeracy
  • Skilled in interpersonal communication, both written and verbal
  • Physical capability to manage duties like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
  • Experience with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to uniform standards

Job Duties

  • Utilize standardized recipes and production guidelines to bake a variety of goods
  • Ensure your workstation is equipped with all necessary ingredients and tools
  • Put together components by quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and carrying out preparations
  • Engage with baking devices such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
  • Practice safe handling of utensils like knives during cooking and preparing meals
  • Follow food safety procedures to properly store perishable items
  • Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
  • Offer outstanding customer service and exhibit a positive attitude when engaging with guests, clients, customers, and colleagues
  • Follow Aramark's safety protocols focusing on effective food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ensure the security of corporate assets by adhering to safety protocols
