Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or retail environment preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to perform basic math functions
- ability to stoop, bend, stretch, reach, stack, and lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- strong work ethic and cooperation with co-workers

- strong customer service skills

- ability to communicate clearly in English
- familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus

Job Duties
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- provide a quick and outstanding experience for all customers
- respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
- engage each customer genuinely and thank them for their business
- prepare food orders including conducting a quality check to ensure customers’ orders are correct
- maintain high standards of food service cleanliness and sanitation
- ensure all food service areas are adequately stocked throughout the shift
- assist in maintaining inventory records and communicate needs to the General Manager
- follow the correct vendor check-in procedures
- monitor and log refrigerator temperatures every 3 hours and report any issues
- complete all shift duties and reports accurately, neatly, and timely
- follow all company policies, rules, and procedures
- demonstrate teamwork and cooperation with customers and fellow employees
- assume other duties and responsibilities to accommodate store operational needs
