Job Duties

Assist in forecasting daily meal needs and requesting products accordingly from the Production kitchen
Assist with preparing and serving meals for students, staff and special functions
Effectively operate the Point of Sale system and handle money and prepare bank deposits
Ensure each reimbursable meal sold meets USDA requirements
Perform a variety of kitchen cleaning duties
Assist with setting up the serving line and serve meals according to meal patterns
Project a positive and professional image of themselves, their school and the Child Nutrition Department to all customers, staff and parents
