Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- food safety certificate or ability to obtain within two weeks of employment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- food safety certificate or ability to obtain within two weeks of employment
- cooking and catering experience preferred
- institutional cooking experience preferred
Job Duties
- assist with meal preparation
- prepare weekly menu and shopping list
- receive and store all food deliveries
- monitor kitchen stock supplies and maintain adequate inventory
- ensure kitchen and dining room are clean and meet health standard requirements
- perform weekly and monthly deep cleaning
