Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Food Safety Certificate or ability to obtain within two weeks of employment
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Ability to communicate effectively

Job Qualifications

Cooking and catering experience preferred
Institutional cooking experience preferred

Job Duties

Assist with meal preparation
Prepare weekly menu and shopping list
Receive and store all food deliveries
Monitor kitchen stock supplies and maintain adequate inventory
Ensure kitchen and dining room are clean and meet health standard requirements
Perform weekly and monthly deep cleaning
