Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- food safety certificate or ability to obtain within two weeks
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- respectful and professional demeanor
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- ability to travel occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- food safety certificate or ability to obtain within two weeks
- cooking and catering experience preferred
- institutional cooking experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with meal preparation
- prepare weekly menu and shopping list
- receive and store all food deliveries
- monitor kitchen stock supplies and maintain adequate inventory
- ensure kitchen and dining room are clean and meet health standard requirements
- perform weekly and monthly deep cleaning
