Job Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
- food handler's or food manager certificate required
- ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- availability for weekday day shifts and weekend shifts within specified hours
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation of all meals and snacks
- read and follow recipes for food preparation
- ensure kitchen is appropriately stocked and cleaned per Health Department and Joint Commission standards
- maintain kitchen supply inventory and communicate regarding ordering needs
- grocery shopping
- receive shipments of supplies and store following FIFO standards
- follow food preparation standards and food safety guidelines as required by local/state/federal agencies
- perform other duties as assigned
