Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- food handlers or food manager certificate
- ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, which may include working occasional evenings and weekends

- experience with food preparation and kitchen operations preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to follow detailed recipes
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation of all meals and snacks
- read and follow recipes for food preparation
- ensure kitchen is appropriately stocked and cleaned per Health Department and Joint Commission standards
- maintain kitchen supply inventory and communicate regarding ordering needs
- grocery shopping
- receive shipments of supplies and store following FIFO standards
- follow food preparation standards and food safety guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned
