Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ServeSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification
  • read, write and speak English fluently
  • one year of experience in high volume cooking and catering operation
  • knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures
  • familiarity with special diets and allergies
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google productivity tools

Job Duties

  • Perform volume cooking in a restaurant style atmosphere adhering to recipes and safety standards
  • perform assignments applying knowledge and safe operation of kitchen tools and equipment
  • communicate ingredient information related to food allergies and dietary needs
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas during and after shifts
  • perform other duties as assigned
