Job Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes after each meal service
- maintain a clean and safe dishwashing area and temperature logs
- deliver and retrieve meals and supplies to resident apartments
- assist cooks with receiving and putting away deliveries
- stock and organize food in cooler, freezer, and dry storage
- support overall kitchen sanitation standards
