Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
- Must adhere to a drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
- Available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if required

Job Duties
- Present friendly, helpful attitude and utmost in customer service at all times when dealing with the public, specifically customers, vendors and staff
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring
- Help chefs and cooks with various tasks as needed, including cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies
