Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a catering or restaurant environment
- Previous experience as a server, dishwasher, or in kitchen sanitation is highly desirable
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
- Must be 21 years or older
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service

Job Duties
- Assist with meal preparation, plating, and service for large-scale events
- Perform general kitchen duties such as dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Support catering operations by organizing and transporting food items and supplies to various locations
- Set up and break down kitchen areas for banquets, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored
- Maintain high standards of food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with company policies
- Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Travel to various job sites to assist in catering operations, working alongside the culinary team
