Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum one year food service experience
- ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- able to walk up two flights of stairs
- ability to work in a residential and kitchen environment with varying noise levels
- capability to work with clients who have mental illness or substance abuse issues
- ability to follow health and sanitation protocols
- strong teamwork and communication skills

- One year food service experience
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- able to work as a team member
- able to work at a fairly fast pace
- demonstrated ability to use initiative and be a self starter
- attention to detail

Job Duties
- Assist with the meal preparation and serving to clients
- obtain supplies from storerooms, coolers, or freezer
- assist with preparation for next day cooking
- operate the dishwasher
- receive deliveries of food and non-food items and maintain organized food service areas
- clean and maintain food service area daily to comply with health and sanitation standards
- document completed tasks and maintain pertinent documentation
- perform other duties as assigned
