Job Requirements
- some lifting, bending, standing in one place required
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- willingness to follow guidelines of The National School Lunch Program and The ND Department of Public Instruction
- willingness to communicate professionally and respectfully with Food Service Director, Kitchen Manager, Cashier Manager, coworkers, building staff, and delivery personnel
- ability to dress appropriately as specified by Food Service Director
- adhere to applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations, board policies and administrative rules

- preference for high school graduate, but not required

Job Duties
- assist in the final preparation before serving meals
- assist in preparing meals for satellite locations
- assist in prepping and preparing fresh fruits and vegetables daily for breakfast and/or lunch
- assist in stocking ala carte items and maintain inventory
- assist in monitoring tray accuracy, items on the tray meet reimbursable meal requirements
- maintain daily production records for breakfast and lunch
- assist with dishwashing and clean-up of the kitchen area throughout the day and after meals have been served
