Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen skills
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Organized, multitasker, follows directions, shows initiative, and works independently
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers and customers
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- A valid OKC Certified Food Service Operator Certificate is a plus
- Two years of back-of-house or kitchen experience
- Some lifting up to 50 lbs will be required
- Availability to work typically 30 hours per week Monday through Friday, 9AM to 3PM, with occasional additional hours for events with advance notice

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold food, quickly and efficiently handling the grill and charbroiled station
- Perform detail and general cleaning
- Set up and break down events held on-site
- Care for and maintain non-food inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Stock supplies, run the cash register, and wash dishes
- Assist with menu planning, including daily and weekly specials
- Maintain a welcoming and customer service-oriented attitude toward customers
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
