Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English
  • Speak English clearly
  • Ability to operate kitchen machines and equipment including POS systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to support bartender without pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
  • Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older

  • Ability to operate kitchen and bar equipment including POS software
  • Effective communication with customers and team members
  • Professionalism in handling difficult situations
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized food prep area
  • Deliver food orders and assist guests as needed
  • Present integrity, service, and hospitality consistently
  • Answer guest questions regarding the hotel, area, and events
  • Support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • Operate POS software and kitchen machines efficiently
