Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior commercial kitchen experience preferred
- California Food Handler Card within 30 days
- CPR certification within 90 days
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, background check
- Provide proof of immunization record
- Provide a copy of current DMV printout
- Maintain a valid CA Driver’s License and clean DMV record
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Commit to a drug-free workplace environment
- Be sensitive to the needs of the Native American community
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior commercial kitchen experience preferred

- Valid California Driver’s License
- Clean DMV record
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- Sensitivity to Native American culture and traditions
Job Duties
- Prepare, package, and serve meals while maintaining strict sanitation standards
- Wash, clean, and organize kitchen areas
- Manage inventory and restock supplies
- Maintain a valid CA Driver’s License and clean DMV record
- Follow all traffic laws and agency safety protocols
- Ensure safe transport of elders and assist with boarding and exiting vehicles
- Communicate effectively and respect confidentiality
