Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Acknowledge all customers entering and exiting the store
- provide the highest quality of interactions with customers - be pleasant, friendly, and polite to everyone
- prepare food items per established recipes and menus preserving food freshness, quality, appeal, and nutritional value
- respond quickly and respectfully to customer complaints and notify management
- make appropriate suggestions to customer orders to increase satisfaction using suggestive selling techniques
- maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organized work environment
- support other staff by performing essential kitchen functions adequately and appropriately
