Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Acknowledge all customers entering and exiting the store
- provide the highest quality of interactions with customers - be pleasant, friendly, and polite to everyone
- prepare food items per established recipes and menus in a way that preserves food freshness, quality, appeal, and meet nutritional value
- display appreciation of customers by thanking them thoughtfully
- respond quickly and respectfully to customer complaints and notify management
- make appropriate suggestions to customer orders to increase satisfaction with suggestive selling techniques
- store food items per established standards
- maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organized work environment
- communicate food production and kitchen issues to supervisors timely
- monitor kitchen equipment for proper functioning and report discrepancies
- utilize safe food handling techniques
- obtain complete knowledge of menu items and pricing
- support other staff to ensure kitchen functions are performed adequately
- maintain inventory of food items and tools
- prepare menu items following proper recipes
- complete cleaning and prep work as assigned
- maintain a positive attitude
- perform any other tasks assigned by management
