Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a line cook or similar kitchen position
- ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
- manual dexterity and physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach during shifts
- willingness to adhere to sanitary, safety, and health regulations
- strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- strong culinary skills in food preparation and recipe execution
- ability to think and act decisively and assertively with the ability to achieve results quickly

Job Duties
- maintains a good image of the company and helps create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
- ensuring the company serves a quality menu
- responds to all guest complaints timely, taking all appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience with the restaurant and brand
- execute the highest standards of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety code, and company policies with uncompromising standards
- ensure all sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- adaptable and flexible with the ability to handle changing priorities in high pressure situations
