Job Requirements
- must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees, dining room staff, and guests
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length
- must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 40 pounds in weight
- must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
- must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
- kitchen staff generally offered as part time restaurant job

Job Qualifications
- prior experience as cook, line cook, chef, prep cook, grill cook, or fry cook preferred but not required
- ability to follow recipes and plating instructions
- good communication skills to interact with staff and guests
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic reading and writing skills to facilitate communication
Job Duties
- complete all assigned prep work and set up cook's station
- maintain product presentations and product quality
- adhere to cook time standards
- prepare all menu items according to recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- collaborate with team members to deliver authentic guest experiences
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
