Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of professional kitchen experience
- Culinary training preferred
- ServSafe training certification preferred or must complete Cinépolis training
- Proficiency in kitchen operations
- Working knowledge of U.S measurements
- Ability to follow chemical use instructions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle stress positively
- Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow instructions on safe use of cleaning materials

- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, bend, reach and handle food products frequently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations positively
- Bilingual Spanish-English a plus but not required
- Flexible availability including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items accurately and promptly ordered through point of sale system
- Make only items ordered through the point of sale system with integrity
- Accommodate special requests with management approval to enhance guest experience
- Prepare dishes according to recipes to maintain quality and consistency
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and timely service
- Remake items when instructed by supervisor or manager
- Adhere to food handlers safety guidelines including proper temperature control and cross contamination prevention
- Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes and cleaning work area during and at end of shifts
- Restock dry products and prep materials consistently using FIFO system
- Maintain waste logs for discarded items
- Communicate inventory levels to supervisor and kitchen manager
- Maintain professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Work safely using protective equipment and safe lifting techniques
- Lock and secure food and equipment
- Follow opening, mid and closing procedures
- Attend trainings and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
