Job Duties

  • Prepare and organize ingredients for cooking according to recipes and menu specifications
  • assist chefs and cooks in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and mixing ingredients
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment
  • monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management to ensure continuous kitchen operations
  • follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • support plating and presentation of dishes to meet quality standards
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service during busy periods
