Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
  • ability to work under stressful conditions
  • willingness to work nights and weekends
  • manual dexterity and physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • strong culinary skills in food preparation and recipe execution
  • knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety codes

Job Duties

  • maintains a good image of the company and helps create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
  • ensuring the company serves a quality menu
  • responds to all guest complaints timely, taking all appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience with the restaurant and brand
  • execute the highest standards of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety code, and company policies with uncompromising standards
  • ensure all sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
  • adaptable and flexible with the ability to handle changing priorities in high pressure situations
  • maintain strong culinary skills in food preparation and recipe execution
