Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and recipe execution
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Adherence to all health and safety standards including OSHA and HACCP
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle various physical demands such as reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and exposure to hot and cold conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a line cook or similar kitchen role
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of recipe execution
  • Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and local health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environments
  • Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Maintain a good image of the company and help create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
  • Ensure the company serves a quality menu
  • Respond to all guest complaints timely and take appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience
  • Execute the highest standards of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety codes, and company policies
  • Ensure all sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
  • Demonstrate strong culinary skills in food preparation and recipe execution
  • Collaborate with managers and front-of-house staff to meet sales and food cost targets
