Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills in food preparation and recipe execution
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred
- Solid knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and local health and safety regulations
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude with a customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Maintains a good image of the company and helps create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
- Ensuring the company serves a quality menu
- Responds to all guest complaints timely, taking all appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience with the restaurant and brand
- Execute the highest standards of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety code, and company policies with uncompromising standards
- Ensure all sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- Work within kitchen procedures and strive to develop streamlined workflow in food delivery and execution
- Collaborate closely with managers and front of house staff to meet guests' needs and achieve targeted sales and food cost results
