Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills in food preparation and recipe execution
  • Experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred
  • Solid knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and local health and safety regulations
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude with a customer service orientation
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

  • Maintains a good image of the company and helps create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
  • Ensuring the company serves a quality menu
  • Responds to all guest complaints timely, taking all appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience with the restaurant and brand
  • Execute the highest standards of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety code, and company policies with uncompromising standards
  • Ensure all sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
  • Work within kitchen procedures and strive to develop streamlined workflow in food delivery and execution
  • Collaborate closely with managers and front of house staff to meet guests' needs and achieve targeted sales and food cost results
