Job Duties
- Acknowledge all customers entering and exiting the store
- Provide the highest quality of interactions with customers - be pleasant, friendly, and polite to everyone
- Prepare food items per established recipes and menus in a way that preserves food freshness, quality, appeal, and nutritional value
- Respond quickly and respectfully to customer complaints and notify the person in charge
- Make appropriate suggestions to customers' orders to increase satisfaction with suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organized work environment
- Communicate needs and concerns regarding food production and kitchen operation to the supervisor promptly
