Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings evenings weekends
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • committed to following all health and safety guidelines
  • strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience working in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
  • knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and yield guides accurately
  • strong attention to detail and plate presentation skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation
  • good organizational skills and ability to manage opening and closing duties

Job Duties

  • work all stations within the kitchen ensuring the preparation and plating of hot and cold foods to organization standards
  • maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards
  • demonstrate solid knowledge of all food products and safely use all kitchen equipment
  • maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
  • prepare all dishes following recipes and yield guides including plating desserts
  • complete opening duties including setting up work station with required tools equipment and supplies and checking production schedule and pars
  • breakdown work station and complete closing duties by returning all food items to proper storage areas rotating all returned product wrapping covering labeling and dating all items being put away
  • straighten up and organize all storage areas and clean and wipe down food prep area and reach in walk ins
