Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience preferred
- valid driver's license for applicable state
- acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- minimum one year driving experience
- ability to convey information clearly
- quick decision-making ability
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
- ability to drive manual or automatic transmission
- willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- comply with hospitality standards and regulations
- greet guests pleasantly
- maintain the safety of guest vehicles
- assist in the efficient delivery of guest vehicles
- assist in securing all guest keys
- help direct and control traffic flow
- provide superior customer service
- assist in arranging guest transportation
- assist guests needing wheelchair transportation
- provide accurate and timely documentation and reports
- assist in maintaining cleanliness of work sites
- perform dispatch duties efficiently
- answer guests' questions about the hotel and amenities
- assist with valet retrieval process
- correctly enter guest vehicle information into computer system
- place arrival tickets on correct numbered hook
- monitor and document guest traffic flow
- assist in speedy service of guests exiting valet
- maintain current listings of local attractions and events
- provide information, maps, and directions as needed
- obey all traffic laws on and off property
- assist in maintaining neat and clean curbside
- assist with unloading and loading luggage
- perform front office tasks as needed
- assist with securing public spaces and parking garage
- perform other duties as required
