Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license for applicable state
- minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
Job Qualifications
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or related field
- experience in creating and executing sales strategies
- proficiency with hotel management software and reporting tools
- demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- strong financial management and budgeting expertise
Job Duties

- develop and implement strategic sales plans
