Job Requirements

  • Education of a two-year college degree or higher
  • Minimum three years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work overtime as per OEM status
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Certification in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid as required
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under stress

Job Qualifications

  • Two-year college degree with minimum three years related experience or four-year degree with at least one year related experience
  • Progressive hotel or related field experience for three to five years
  • Supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
  • Effective under high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and technology
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Motivate, coach, and guide front desk staff
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage room revenue and occupancy rates
  • Maintain operational standards and ensure smooth front office operations
  • Oversee front desk administrative and financial tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety and certification requirements
