Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
  • Associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree preferred
  • Certifications in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid required
  • Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology
  • Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, departmental functions, and industry trends

Job Duties

  • Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes
  • Keep all areas clean, sanitized, and safe while reducing waste and improving efficiency
  • Develop menus and plan events, advising chefs on pricing and banquet setups
  • Lead kitchen staff, manage all food and beverage outlets, and create appealing displays
  • Protect sensitive information, cash, and secure areas while representing the company with professionalism and integrity
  • Travel safely for company business when required
