Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
- Associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree preferred
- Certifications in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid required
- Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology
- Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of hotel operations, departmental functions, and industry trends

Job Duties
- Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes
- Keep all areas clean, sanitized, and safe while reducing waste and improving efficiency
- Develop menus and plan events, advising chefs on pricing and banquet setups
- Lead kitchen staff, manage all food and beverage outlets, and create appealing displays
- Protect sensitive information, cash, and secure areas while representing the company with professionalism and integrity
- Travel safely for company business when required
