Job Requirements

- Experience in food and beverage events preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

- Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events
- Professional selling skills including opening, probing, supporting, and closing
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer use
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Effective presentation skills
Job Duties
- Drive catering and food and beverage sales to meet revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and meeting planners
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of event orders confirming accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor market trends to bring innovative ideas to the hotel’s event offerings
- Collaborate with directors of sales and catering to coordinate events and strategies
- Communicate effectively changes and updates regarding events to all relevant parties
- Participate in hotel meetings and contribute to overall smooth operations
