Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
- reach overhead and below the knees
- perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- background and drug screening may be required
- valid driver’s license required

- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws

Job Duties
- Greets and interacts with guests
- answers questions
- takes orders
- delivers drinks
- ensures guest satisfaction
- ensures alcohol is served responsibly by adhering to service limits and portion control processes
- prepares drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- validates that guests meet the minimum age requirement prior to serving alcohol
- maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- assists other departments to ensure optimum service
- maintains cleanliness and condition of the bar and associated equipment
- welcomes and greets guests and anticipates needs
- interacts professionally with colleagues and guests
- contributes to team goals
- follows company policies and safety procedures
