Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Possess a current valid state issued driver’s license
- Reside preferably within 20-25 minutes of the job location
- Less than two moving violations within last three years
- No careless, reckless, or failure to control violations within last five years
- No DUI convictions within last seven years
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions within last four years
- No auto theft convictions within last seven years
- Must pass eRailsafe or company background check including felony review
- Ability to use electronic devices for communication and reporting
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform vehicle inspections
- Must be able to safely enter and exit vehicles and wear seatbelt properly
- Ability to hear, read, and respond to instructions in English
- Must pass drug and alcohol tests
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude
- Ability to navigate high-traffic areas
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21

- Clean driving record with less than two moving violations in the last three years
- Ability to pass background checks including eRailsafe clearance
- Capability to use electronic communication and onboarding programs
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to navigate in high-traffic areas and meet time deadlines
Job Duties
- Transport railroad crews safely to designated locations
- Maintain a clean and safe driving record
- Communicate effectively using electronic devices and programs
- Perform vehicle inspections including bending, stopping, and stretching as required
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols around railroad operations
- Manage wait times by remaining attentive and available for crew and train schedules
- Provide excellent customer service maintaining professional attitude and demeanor
