Job Requirements

  • Hold or meet qualifications to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a passion for teaching others
  • Exhibit basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
  • Participate in CAE's DOT drug and alcohol testing program
  • Experience flying business aircraft is preferred but not required
  • Be authorized to live and work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Hold or meet qualifications to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for teaching
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
  • Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
  • Authorized to live and work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Provide simulator/flight or classroom instruction on assigned aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight simulator briefings in accordance with CAE standards
  • Complete administrative duties including maintaining training records and recommending remedial training when necessary
  • Act as a subject matter expert in creating curricula and course materials
  • Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman after 1.5+ years
  • Lead clients through their training with professionalism and expertise
  • Tailor training sessions to meet the diverse needs of a customer base
