Job Requirements
- Hold or meet qualifications to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and a passion for teaching others
- Exhibit basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- Participate in CAE's DOT drug and alcohol testing program
- Experience flying business aircraft is preferred but not required
- Be authorized to live and work in the United States
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide simulator/flight or classroom instruction on assigned aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight simulator briefings in accordance with CAE standards
- Complete administrative duties including maintaining training records and recommending remedial training when necessary
- Act as a subject matter expert in creating curricula and course materials
- Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman after 1.5+ years
- Lead clients through their training with professionalism and expertise
- Tailor training sessions to meet the diverse needs of a customer base
