Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in children's ministry or similar role
- availability to work weekends and Wednesday evenings
- strong organizational and computer skills
- ability to work collaboratively with a team
- commitment to upholding ministry values and policies

- Experience working with children or in children's ministry
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- proficiency with computer and administrative tasks
- ability to recruit and train volunteer teams
- knowledge of security protocols in ministry settings

Job Duties
- Manage children's programming and events at the campus level
- recruit and develop volunteer teams
- track attendance and run statistical reports
- oversee security protocols and ministry policies
- equip and empower volunteers to serve
- coordinate schedule for weekend services and Wednesday evening programs
- maintain communication with ministry staff and parents
