Job Duties
- Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and develop character for kids walking to 11 years old
- Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
- Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up skills through training programs
- Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
- Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
- Keep the team connected and in the loop using Slack
- Assist in creating and communicating Coach schedules
- Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
- Step up and lead the center when the GM and AGM are away
- Understand what makes the center tick and help maximize performance
- Assist in community events and center initiatives
- Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center
