Job Description

KidStrong is a specialized private child development training center that focuses on fostering brain, physical, and character growth for children from walking age through 11 years old. Job Duties

  • Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and develop character for kids walking to 11 years old
  • Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
  • Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up skills through training programs
  • Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
  • Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
  • Keep the team connected and in the loop using Slack
  • Assist in creating and communicating Coach schedules
  • Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
  • Step up and lead the center when the GM and AGM are away
  • Understand what makes the center tick and help maximize performance
  • Assist in community events and center initiatives
  • Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center
