Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children aged walking to 11 years old
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Willingness to obtain CPR certification if not already certified
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Passion for kids
- Experience coaching children aged walking to 11 years old
- Strong communication skills to interact comfortably with parents and guardians
- Energetic and engaging presence
- Ability to mentor other coaches with excellent interpersonal skills
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
- Ability to achieve and maintain Coach Certification
Job Duties
- Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
- Understand and communicate the KidStrong curriculum with enthusiasm
- Achieve and maintain Coach Certification through ongoing training
- Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
- Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
- Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
- Assist in community events and center initiatives
- Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center
