Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children aged walking to 11 years old
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Willingness to obtain CPR certification if not already certified
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for kids
  • Experience coaching children aged walking to 11 years old
  • Strong communication skills to interact comfortably with parents and guardians
  • Energetic and engaging presence
  • Ability to mentor other coaches with excellent interpersonal skills
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Ability to achieve and maintain Coach Certification

Job Duties

  • Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
  • Understand and communicate the KidStrong curriculum with enthusiasm
  • Achieve and maintain Coach Certification through ongoing training
  • Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
  • Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
  • Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
  • Assist in community events and center initiatives
  • Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center
