KidStrong is an emerging private child development training center proudly coming soon to Plymouth. This independently owned and operated franchise brings a unique, science-based curriculum aimed at enhancing brain, physical, and character development for children from walking age through 11 years old. Established with a firm belief in professional, parent-focused education, KidStrong is dedicated to providing a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment for children to explore their potential. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience coaching children aged walking to 11 years
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents and families
  • Energetic and outgoing demeanor
  • Willingness to undergo Coach Certification training
  • CPR certification or commitment to obtain it promptly
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for kids and coaching
  • Experience working with children aged walking through 11 years
  • Excellent communication skills with parents and guardians
  • Energetic and engaging personality
  • Ability to mentor and collaborate with other coaches
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Strong knowledge of child development and teaching methods preferred

Job Duties

  • Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
  • Understand and communicate the KidStrong curriculum effectively
  • Achieve Coach Certification and engage in ongoing training and development
  • Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after classes
  • Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
  • Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong programs
  • Coach classes, camps, movie nights, and assist with other center activities as needed
  • Assist in community events and center initiatives
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the center
